Warranty: Every basement waterproofing system we install is backed by an owner-signed workmanship warranty designed for the 15-20+ year service lifespan of the system. The warranty covers installation defects and material defects, with specific terms written into your contract before any work begins.

Insurance: Hardcore Epoxy Flooring is fully insured with general liability coverage. Insurance documentation is provided in writing before any work begins.

Licensing: Michigan does not require a state license for basement waterproofing — the work falls outside the residential builder licensing scope. What matters more is who is on the jobsite.
